Strengths:

- Founder is a famous music producer, Dr. Dre- Good quality materials used such as the Monster name brand cable- products are mad in mass production- Free celebrity endorsement of Beats along with paid endorsements with athletes such as LeBron James- Good quality sound, bass, and noise cancellation      technology


Weakness:

- Price, a pair of even their cheapest headphones is going to  cost you $100+
- In a competitive market


Opportunities :

- Use of popular music artist / or appearance in music video
- Smart Phone Market
- New products

Threats:

- Competitors, such as Soul by Ludachris and other bands like Bose and Sony
- Change in taste ( design of headphones has stood the same )
- The economy ( high prices of headphones )
